Adventures and Volunteering in India – AVI - was founded in co-operation with two Swedish former volunteers and experienced Indian support staff. This staff has a long experience with international volunteers and have participated in different projects of volunteer work in India.
AVI carefully investigates all the volunteer placements suitable for the international volunteers and provides with all requisite training and support to the volunteers to work in our volunteer programs in India.
AVI´s staff has a very good knowledge of how to support and help the volunteers in India with everything they need to know – far away from their home.
AVI believes that international volunteers full of enthusiasm, good education and a lot of experiences may contribute considerably in improving the quality of life of their less fortunate Indian fellows.
AVI also offers professionally designed local adventures and cultural workshops to its international participants while volunteering in India, to enrich them by experiencing the most beautiful features of India’s unique culture – section Cultural Immersion and Local Adventures
