Program fee includes:

• Careful project application and placement process.
• Comprehensive `Pre-Departure Information Kit´, that includes projects, accommodation and support, travel tips, cultural sensitivity etc
• Personal pick up and drop at Delhi airport by AVI staff.
• One night stay in hotel in Delhi at the time of arrival/departure if needed.
• Transfer to and from project location.
• Accommodation in twin sharing rooms.
• Food – three meals a day; breakfast, lunch and dinner with tea and coffee.
• Facilities (DVD player, TV, games, internet- and telephone access)
• A choice of volunteer projects.
• 24-hour emergency support
• All transport between project locations and the camp.
• Material required for activities during the volunteering period.
• Dedicated on-site assistance by an English speaking guide for the entire duration of the program.
• All time presence of cooking staff, drivers and support staff to maintain facilities at the camp.
• Interactive orientation sessions, historical-, cultural- and language lessons
• Cultural workshops such as Indian cooking, dressing, dancing, henna etc.
• On site guidance and help to arrange independent excursions
• Free time to explore local area.

Program fee does not include:

• Flight tickets
• Visa.
• Vaccinations.
• Health- and travel insurance.
• Internet and telephone calls
• Other personal expenses
